Ingredients
3 pounds
standing rib roast

dried Chinese Black
Mushrooms
Salt,
to taste
Pepper,
to taste
Preparation

Rehydrate
mushrooms.

In food processor,
chop
mushrooms,
salt,
and pepper.

Rub
over standing rib and let stand for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven
to 450F;
bake
for 20 minutes.
Reduce
heat
to 350F and
bake
for about 2 hours; temperature should be about 110 F.
