tablespoon cider vinegar

I LOVE YOUR RECIPES FOR MUSTARD--VERY CREATIVE AND DELICIOUS. AS A CHILD I LOVED MUSTARD TOO,
AND I WOULD MAKE A SANDWICH, MAYO ON ONE SIDE AND MUSTARD ON THE OTHER SIDE--NOTHING IN THE MIDDLE. ZING!!
