Quick Chili

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 small red pepper chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
1 pound lean pork tenderloin trimmed, ground
(your butcher will do this for you)
3 tablespoons ground chili powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon allspice
2 cups canned tomatoes undrained, and
coarsely chopped
2 cups low-sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon red wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
