Pasta with ricotta and black olive pate
Ingredients
320 g of pasta;
300 g of cottage cheese;
4 tablespoons of pate with black olives;
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese;
chopped parsley;
salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation

In a bowl put the ricotta and cottage cheese with 2/3 tablespoons of cooking water until it becomes creamy.
