Vitamin Salad

Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, grated
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup almonds, sliced
1/2 onion or green onion
1/2 pound carrots
1 tomato
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Chop cabbage Grate carrots, radish and apple. Chop onion finely, Rough chop tomato. Cut cucumber and pepper into thin pieces. Dress with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
