Combine all marinade ingredients, using 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice, according to taste.

Roll chicken in marinade and leave for at least 2 hours (or as long as 24 hours), turning from time to time.

Preheatgrill before cooking. Grill chicken for about 10 minutes, turning once and salting cooked side. Baste with remaining marinade from time to time. The chicken should be starting to brown and crisp.
