3/4 kilogram Chicken
1/2 kilogram Rice
1 cup Oil
1 cup Yoghurt
3 inches Ginger thin slices long
1 Garlic crushed medium pod
8 Green Chillies round whole
1 cup Cauliflowder chopped
1/2 cup Peas
Red Chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Haldi powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
8 pieces Dried Plum
4 pieces Cinnamon stick
4 pieces Cardamom brown
12 pieces Cloves whole
1 teaspoon Black pepper whole
2 teaspoons Cumin whole
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 pinch Zarda Colour (Yellow Food Colour)
