Rocky's Pie
Ingredients
1 qt vanilla bean ice cream
1 cup pecans (1 c chopped, plus halves for decoration)
3 shots whiskey
3 shots kahlua liqueur
10 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets, shredded
10 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets and 10 XoBiotic Squares, melted together
whipped cream
graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Soften ice cream. Mix in chopped pecans, alcohol, and shredded Nuggets. Pour into pie shell; refreeze. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving, cut into slices and serve with melted Nuggets, pecan halves, and whipped cream. Serves 6
