Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 package uncooked wide noodles
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cans canned tuna, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1 cup sweet yellow onions, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling water; drain and rinse with cold water.

In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients except for the cheddar cheese and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add noodles to a casserole dish, pour sauce over and stir to thoroughly incorporate. Sprinkle the top with the cheddar cheese and bake in a 350 degree F oven for approximately 30 minutes.
