Tarka For Rasam Soup

Ingredients

Ingredients for Tarka (For 1 kg Tomatoes soup)
1 teaspoon Cumin seed Whole
1 teaspoon Mustard whole
1 Garlic Cloves with skin form medium pods pressed and crushed
50 milliliters Oil

Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard when pop up add other ingredients. When garlic is golden brown remove from flame and pour over prepared Rasam Soup.
