Baked Salmon With Dill

Ingredients
4
Salmon steaks
1 ounce
Butter
Zest and juice of half a
lemon
4 sprg
dill
Salt
and
pepper
Preparation
1
Place the butter, dill and lemon
zest
between the steaks.
Season
and pour the lemon
juice
over the salmon.
Wrap
in tinfoil and
bake
for 25 mins at 400 degrees F (200 C).
Serve
with Hollandaise sauce, new potatoes and snow peas.
