Megan's Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
4 large egg yolks
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
Graham cracker crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In large bowl, beat the egg yolks for 1 minute

Add sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 the lime juice

Whisk until blended

Add remaining lime juice and all of the lime zest

Mix together

Pour into pie crust

Bake for 12 minutes

Let pie cool completely

Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy

Spread over pie
