Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

16 Graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
cup Sugar
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 Egg
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Salt
16 ounces fresh blueberries
1 cup Whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Crust: Blend together and press into 9 x 13 pan.

Filling: Blend together. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until set.

Topping: Spread pie filling over cooled cheesecake. Chill 12 hours. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
