Shrimp Dip for Chips
Ingredients
2 Cans 4.5 oz Small Shrimp
1 Package 8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
1 ea 1½" to 2" Onion
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Real Lemon Juice (in Freezer Section)
Preparation

Take Cream Cheese out of frig and let thaw to soften.

Pour shrimp in colander and rinse thoroughly for at least two minutes of running water.

Peel and Grate onion in paper plate, then pour juice and onion into the cream cheese.

Crumble shrimp into cream cheese and onion mix.

Put a couple of strong shots of lemon juice into the mix

Stir entire mixture well

Add four heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise

Stir mixture again

Refrigerate and Enjoy the next day so flavors can absorb

About
Serve with crackers, slices of crusty bread or sliced veggies.
