Crab Soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
4 cups milk (low-fat may be used)
1 pound crab meat (artificial may be used)
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 cup sherry
