IN THE FROSTING IF YOU USE 8 OZ OF CREAM CHEESE AND 8 OZ OF MASCARPONE CHEESE IT MAKES A MUCH BETTER FROSTING. THEN GARNISH WITH A BIT OF TOASTED COCONUT. GREAT TASTE AND LOOK
