About
Julia Child enjoyed a good cocktail and she loved Noilly Prat, the classic French vermouth. She created this cocktail and called it the Upside-Down Martini, which is essentially a martini that's heavier on the vermouth than the gin. As she said of her creation, “It’s a nice refreshing drink. I usually have two.”
