Ingredients
100 milliliters (1/ 2 cup) vegetable oil
2 onions (100 g)
200 milliliters (1 cup) white wine
20 grams (1 tbsp) tomato puree
5 grams (teaspoon) red pepper

Add red pepper, 1 cup hot water, wine, tomato paste, diluted in cold water, and pepper.
