Tahini

Ingredients
2 cups Sesame seed
3/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

Pour sesame seeds into food processor and add oil.

Blend for 2 minutes. Check for consistency.

The texture of the paste should be thick yet pourable. Add more oil and blend until you achieve desired consistency.
