Soy Cheesy Gomasio

Ingredients
2 cups dry-roasted soybeans
2 cups nutritional yeast flakes
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules

Store covered in the refrigerator for months. To dry-roast soybeans, cover dried soybeans with water and soak overnight. Rinse, drain, and heat soybeans in a pot with just enough water to cover. When water boils, turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain, spread the beans evenly on a cookie sheet, and roast for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
