Ingredients
1/2 cup Spanish
olive oil
4 ounces
Raw
peeled
almonds
Salt
to taste
Preparation

In a
frying
pan, combine the almonds and oil at room temperature. Place the pan on burner and slowly bring to a
boil.
When the almonds begin to
brown
, remove them to a colander to drain.

Salt
the almonds and
serve
warm
but not hot.

1/4 pound
fried
almonds.
