Carnival Masks

Ingredients

For the dough
100 gms flour
50 gms sugar
For the sugar glaze
100 gms sugar
50 gms sugar
To decorate
colored candies.

Preparation

Mix flour with egg and pumpkin ro.

Pull the dough with a rolling pin.

By putting on masks made from a dough sheet with parchment paper cut out shapes.

Place the shapes in a pan covered with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Remove from the oven and put the masks on a sheet of aluminum.

Prepare sugar glaze by mixing all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.

Prepare chocolate glaze by melting the chocolate and adding water and sugar.

Spread glazes as desired on the two masks.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar share with icing sugar and decorate as desired with colored candies.
