Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lemon zest chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all ingredients except the olive oil in the work bowl of the food processor. Process until smooth. While the machine is running, slowly add the oil, until all is incorporated. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper.

This recipe yields about 1 cup of Lemon Aioli.
