Make a little royal
icing
with powdered sugar and water - 1 TBLS sugar and a drop of water is enough to glue the pieces on to the marshmallow.

Dab a little royal
icing
on the
top
of the marshmallow and place the chocolate cookie on
top.

Dab
icing
on
top
of cookie and place a chocolate kiss.

Dip the chocolate chips into the
icing
and place on front of marshmallow to make the face.
