Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

2 ounces Chocolate
pinch Cream of tartar
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Marshmallows, chopped

Preparation

Heat all ingredients except for marshmallows in a medium saucepan until they simmer and eventually reach soft ball stage.

Remove from heat and beat, using an electric mixer, until creamy. Add marshmallows cut up. Pour into a buttered 8" square pan and allow to harden for at least 3 hours.

Use a knife to score the fudge into small squares, then slice along those lines.
