Ingredients
1/2 pint half and half
1
stick
sweet butter
4 ounces
soft cream
cheese
1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper
to taste
Preparation

Melt
butter in medium saucepan.

Add softened
cream
cheese, half and half, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

Stir
until smooth and then bring to a soft
boil
and cook 2-3 minutes.
