Ingredients
675 grams chicken breast, skinned, or leg of lamb
1 cup pureed onion
75 mls natural yoghurt
4 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
75 mls double cream
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
spices for frying:
2 whole green cardemom
1 whole brown cardemom
4 cloves
2 1/2 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon whiteb cumin seeds
3 bay leaves
1 tsp turmeric
