Aperol Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
2 ounces good quality vodka
1 ounce Aperol
1/2 ounce Contreau
1 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
sweetened dried orange wheel, for garnish (optional)
Preparation

Using a cocktail shaker add the vodka, Aperol, Contreau, lime juice and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Strain into a small coupe glass and garnish with a sweetened dried orange wheel.
