Boiled Rice With Soya

Ingredients

1 Basmati Rice (soaked in water) ½ kilogram
2 Fresh Soya ½ cup
3 Cooking Salt 2- 3 teaspoon
4 Oil 2 teaspoon
5 Water 6 glass

Preparation

Fry fresh soya in oil for 2 minutes

Add water and soaked rice and boil on high flame till rice is tender.

Sieve/strain.

Boiled Rice are ready

Serve with vegetable/pulses/meat curry, raita and salad
.

About

Soya flavored rice are very good in taste and aroma.
