2 tablespoons CURD,
1/4 cup GRATED CARROT,
2 tablespoons CHOCOLATE CHIPS
OR GRATED CHOCOLATE,
1/4 cup CONDENSED MILK,
1/2 teaspoon BAKING POWDER,
1/2 teaspoon BAKING SODA,
1/4 cup DESICCATED COCONUT,
1/2 teaspoon VANILLA ESSENCE,
1/2 cup POWDERED SUGAR,
5 tablespoons BOTTLED SODA,
FOR THE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN.
7 slices OF FRESH PINEAPPLE,
1 teaspoon HONEY,
1/2 teaspoon SUGAR,
1 teaspoon BUTTER
