Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
cups mayonnaise
4 ounces Danish blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

In a mixer bowl, blend sour cream, mustard, pepper, salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce for 2 minutes on low speed. Add mayonnaise and blend 30 seconds at medium speed. By hand, add crumbled blue cheese and mix well. Blend at low speed for not more than 4 minutes. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. It needs time for the flavors to meld together.
