Sho's Sardine Burgers
Ingredients
1 can of
sardines
in
olive oil
(per person)
1 handful
chopped purple
cabbage
1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons organic
corn
meal (can use
brown rice,
quinoa,
1 tablespoon
coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon
Himalayan salt
Preparation

Mix
everything, but the coconut oil in a bowl.

Form into patties, usually about 4-5.

Heat
up cast iron or stainless steel
skillet
on low-med
heat.

Once hot add 1/2 coconut oil and when it
melts
add patties.

Cook for about 10 minutes on each side,adding the rest of the oil once you
flip.

For extra crispy patties, keep adding oil as the pan gets
dry.
