Mild Fiesta Salsa

Ingredients

14 ounces cans petite diced tomatoes
OR
pound 4 fresh tomatoes (about 12 medium) to yield 9 cups finely diced
package 1 1.3-oz Ball® Simple Creations® Mild Fiesta Salsa Mix
pint 4 (16 oz) or 8 (8 oz) half pint glass preserving jars with lids and bands

Preparation

COMBINE tomatoes and contents of package in a medium saucepan.

HEAT to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

COOL to room temperature, about 30 minutes, before serving.

REFRIGERATE up to 3 weeks.
