Quick Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

1 bunch radishes, scrubbed and cut into thin wedges
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

In a bowl, toss radished with the sugar and salt until well combined

Let sit for 5-10 minutes

If radishes are too sweet or salty, place in a colander and rinse off the seasoning, then dry with a towel. Add more sugar or salt as needed. Serve after 5-10 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
