Mandarin Orange Bread

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1/2 small can frozen orange juice (3 oz.)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 small can mandarin oranges drained and cut up
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and orange juice. Add buttermilk, soda, salt and flour. Blend well. Add oranges and nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour in 350 degrees oven. When warm put on rack with waxed paper underneath and top with glaze made of 1/2 can (3 ounces) orange juice and 3/4 cup powdered sugar. Delicious!
