Healthy Gingersnaps

Ingredients

1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup molasses
1 teaspoon Baking powder
3/4 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon Ginger — ground

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix apple sauce, olive oil, and molasses until well blended.

Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add dry to wet and stir until well combined.

Form 2 dozen 1″ round balls and place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Moisten the bottom of a drink glass and flatten each ball.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
