Homemade Turkey Chorizo

Ingredients
2 pounds 93/7 ground turkey
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
6 cloves garlic, crushed
3 teaspoons salt (I like kosher)
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water

Blend all ingredients together well in a large bowl.

Put into an air tight container or a zip bag and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2 days.
