Air Mail Cocktail
Ingredients
2 ozs golden rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp honey
5 ozs Brut Champagne
Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, mix rum, lime juice, and honey over ice.

Pour into a chilled Collins glass.

Top with Champagne.
