Open Faced Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 Chicken Breast Cooked (I cubed mine)
4 slices White Bread toasted
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Place chicken on toast, and cover with sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
