Ingredients
4 ounce premium dark chocolate baking bar
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
2 medium slices crystallized ginger, chopped
Preparation

Incorporate two pinches of sea salt.

Add the apricots, almonds and ginger, coating thoroughly.

Carefully spoon into 1" diameter candy cups.

Refrigerate until set.
