Hawaiian Sweet Bread

Ingredients
7 cups flour, unbleached
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pineapple juice at room temperature
3 eggs
3/4 cup mashed potato flakes
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 env. active dry yeast
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Punch dough down. Divide into 3 parts, form each into a round ball. Place in 3 (8 or 9-inch) round cake pans that have been well greased. Cover and let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size, about 1 hour.
