Pork Patties

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Pork -- lean
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dried Sage
1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 tablespoons Water
Preparation

In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix well.

Shape into six patties.

Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked throughout.
