Lightly grilled flounder & early potato
Ingredients
1-2 flounder fillets per person, depending on the size
mixed seafood, according to taste
early potato
cream
Japanese soy
chives
salt and lemon pepper
Preparation

Start by boiling the potatoes.

While it is boiling (about 20 minutes), prepare the grill and start make a sauce of cream and soy sauce, some chives and mix in any seafood you like. We chose shrimp, mussels and squid rings.

Just let it boil for an few minutes, when the shellfish easily can become a bit chewy.

We seasoned the fish with lemon pepper and salt and grilled it on both sides, just for a few minutes.

Make sure you have a clean and greased grill grate, when the fish easily sticks on the grate.
