Living The Gourmet Greek Style Chicken

Ingredients

2 pounds of boneless chicken breast – cubed or sliced thin
Marinade:
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil

Preparation

Place the chicken pieces in the marinade for 1 hour to overnight.

Heat a griddle and place the chicken pieces on the griddle when the chicken becomes golden on one side turn over and finish cooking. You may also do this in a large frying pan, but a cast iron griddle is best.

Heat the remaining marinade with a sprig of fresh rosemary in the frying pan until it sizzles and then pour it over the cooked chicken.
