Shrimp Salad, Mediterranean-Style
Ingredients
2 pounds medium-to-large shrimp, peeled
2 tablespoons capers
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste
