Coffee Cake With Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 grams sugar
80 grams butter, melted
15 grams instant coffee
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons water
150 grams four
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
For Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting:
200 grams cream cheese, softened
100 grams butter, softened
300 grams confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon rind

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Grease 23 cm (9 inch) baking pan.

Mix instant coffee with cinnamon and add water then transfer to the batter.
