Note: This recipe was submitted by Amanda Rettke to the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle's Ultimate Holiday Cookie Contest.
Cranberries and cinnamon are a knockout combination in this delicious Holiday cookie. These cookies make you feel like you are experiencing something rich and decadent. They stimulate your senses, and bring back wonderful memories of Holidays past.
The key to this recipe is the ingredients. I use as many all organic fresh products as possible... especially with the oats and cranberries.
For extra fun, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
