Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons Beau Monde seasoning
teaspoon tarragon
1 cup dry white dinner wine
1 cup dairy sour cream
green onions, chopped
Preparation

In 2 tablespoons butter, saute mushrooms. Remove mushrooms and reserve.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter to pan and brown chicken breasts sprinkled with Beau Monde seasoning. Place mushrooms on top of chicken breasts and sprinkle with tarragon. Pour the white wine over the chicken.

Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until tender.

Serve over white rice.
