Amish Bread Loaf

Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 cup Canola oil
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 Lg box of instant vanilla pudding
1 batch Amish Friendship Bread Starter
Preparation

Place starter in a gallon zip lock bag to start the process of fermentation. By letting this sit on your counter zipped locked you'll notice the bag fill up with air, open the bag, flatten and lock.

On days 1 through 5 release the air and squish and mush the bag - let sit.

On Day 6 add to the bag 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup mild

Squish and mush the bag - let sit - release air

Each day, until the 9th day, repeat the release of air from the bag. Squish and mush and let sit.
