About
This herbal tea is prepared in the Chinese home as a general cureall for everyday ailments. It's healing properties are based on the concepts of qi and yeet hay and the belief that one should balance the hot and cold energy entering their bodies through food.
This drink is lovingly prepared by my mother-in-law whenever one of us are feeling tired, sick, or to cure sore throats.
It's also a very refreshing herbal tea cold.
